Welcome to the Charter Flight website!  Charter Flight, LLC was formed in 2004 by its owner, Jeff Fitch. Jeff is a Certified Flight Instructor and an Airline Transport Pilot with helicopter, single and multi-engine airplane, and instrument ratings.  Charter Flight was started to provide quality, professional flight and ground instruction.  Until now you had to come to Cleveland to fly with Charter Flight.  Now, via the information super highway, Charter Flight brings ground school to you—wherever you are.
